What health and safety precautions are you taking at ELS Forums in 2020?
We understand that you may have concerns about coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it may affect your ELS Forum event experience. Rest assured, we are actively monitoring the CDC and our event venues and have taken extra measures with our venues to ensure a safe, clean and comfortable environment for all of our attendees.

Extra cleaning personnel have been enlisted for high-traffic areas. Additionally, we encourage all attendees to practice preventative measures onsite:

  • Utilize the various sanitizing stations placed throughout the venue.
  • Wash your hands frequently throughout the day.
  • Avoid shaking hands. This may feel awkward, we know, but everyone will understand. Just smile and say hello instead!
If you have traveled to a high-risk country (mainland China, Japan, South Korea, Iran, or Italy) in the past 60 days, you will not be allowed to attend ELS Forum. Please contact us immediately at info@teamels.com and one of our client relations managers will happily review your options with you.
Who thrives at ELS Forum?

High-performing EAs (like you, obviously!) who are serious about advancing their career, improving productivity and positively influencing their executive, organization and self.

What can I expect at the event?

Critical soft and hard skills development, meaningful networking with leading experts and peers, inspiring self-reflection and confidence boosting, and the empowerment to find your voice, gain a new perspective and take the next important steps towards your greatness.

What cities are you coming to in 2020?

More than 20! Check out our events calendar here for locations.

What's the investment?

Totally worth it! You can find pricing on our events pages. We also offer promotional and early registration rates, so be sure to sign up here so you never miss a registration discount and can stay in the loop about our upcoming events.

I'll need an approval letter for my exec. Can you provide one?

Absolutely! Just click here to shoot us an email and let us know which event you’d like one for. Done and done!

Do you offer group discounts?

Sure do! Email us and we’ll get you and your crew set up.

What is the forum dress code?

Think business casual. More than anything, we want you to feel at your best in what you wear! Head’s up: The temperature in the meeting room tends to be cool, so you might want to bring a jacket or sweater to stay comfy.

What do I need to bring?

We’re providing beautiful notebooks and pens so you can take notes. Your laptops aren’t needed, but if you feel more comfortable having it, you can definitely bring it. Be prepared to share your tried-and-tested strategies, best practices and questions only another EA can answer!

What refreshments and food will be provided at the forum?

Coffee, tea and water will be served throughout the forum. Lunch is provided on both days to all attendees. Yum!

I have a dietary restriction, what can I expect for lunch?

Your health is important to us! Luncheons are served buffet style and food allergens (vegan, vegetarian, dairy, gluten, nuts) will be clearly labeled to accommodate dietary restrictions.

How do I access the takeaway materials and presentations?

Expect an email from us approximately 3 days prior to the forum when we send all registered attendees a link to electronically access the program materials. Side note: We’re environmentally friendly here at ELS, so we’ve opted not to provide hard copies of the materials on-site. After the event, all additional takeaway materials will be added to the link and you will be able to download anything that you would like in hard-copy. This link will remain accessible for 6 months following the forum.

I can no longer attend the forum. What are my options?

Bummer! We know these things happen, but we’ll miss you! We are happy to offer a full credit to be applied to an ELS Forum of your choice within 18 months of the original forum date. Alternatively, you are welcome to send a colleague to attend in your place. For changes in your registration or questions regarding this, please contact info@teamels.com.

Is ELS Forum certified for continuing education credits?

Yes! All forums have been approved for IAAP Recertification Points from the International Association of Administrative Professionals. How cool is that? We are also happy to provide attendees with a certificate of attendance. For questions regarding this, please contact info@teamels.com.
