Tell us about a career accomplishment of which you’re particularly proud.

In December 2017 I was very proud to have been inducted into the Canadian Speaking Hall of Fame. I’m only one of two people in the world who has earned my CSP (Certified Speaking Professional), HoF (Hall of Fame), and Spirit of CAPS.

In your mind, what is one tool you can’t live without or find especially helpful in your position?

I am a big fan and supporter of www.grammarly.com. Virtually everything that leaves my office has been checked to ensure that we are not making needless mistakes. I strive for excellence and a simple grammar fix allows me to ensure that I look professional at all times in my written communication.
